Spring 2024 - What To Expect Next
The Spring 2024 Season will be here before you know it! We are excited to have you join us and appreciate your support. Communication is key to ensure the success of the league. Over the course of this season, we will be sending you emails with information you will need this season. Due to this being a mass email system, please check your filters to make sure that messages do not get lost in your junk mail folder. Included are answers to some common questions you may have.

Spring registration opens December 1st, 2023 , and March 3rd, 2023. After the registration deadline, late registration is based upon availability and is not guaranteed. Once registration is full we will build a wait list and fill openings from the waitlist on a first come - first served basis. A $25.00 increase in registration will apply and you will be placed on any team that has openings in your grade division. Buddy requests are less likely to be met during late registration. |

GAME DAYS:
Leagues begin on April 14th. All practices and games will be on Sundays.
Westminster: Carroll County Sports Complex
December 1st: Spring Registration Opens
March 3rd: Early registration closes Late registration begins.
March 3rd-March 31st : We will be forming teams, confirming coaches, creating schedules and more during this time.
April 7th: All rosters and schedules will be posted
April 8th: Virtual Coaches Meeting at 7:00pm
April 14th: Meet & Greet day and first practice! Teams will meet the coach, and participate in the first practice. Bring your mouth guard, jersey and flags!
April 21st: 1st Day of games. Practice is held PRIOR to game time listed each week. Check your schedule under SCHEDULES / STANDINGS.
May 26th: No Games
June 2nd: Last game day of the season.
June 9th: League make-up date. Need determined by National Flag Football.

Westminster: May 5th, 2024
** Exact Photo Schedules will be emailed out the week of your picture days
Equipment needed:
*Jerseys, Flag Belts and any additional merchandise you ordered during your registration will shipped directly to your home this season!
*Shorts and/or sweatpants without pockets are to be worn during game. If a participants wears shorts/pants with pockets, the pockets need to be taped down

COMMON QUESTIONS:
WHEN WILL I HEAR FROM MY COACH? We are hosting our virtual coaches meeting at 7pm on April 8th. You should hear from your coach no later than April 11th, 2024.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EQUIPMENT? Once we complete putting teams together, we will ship the rosters to our inventory department who will begin to pack and ship out individual equipment to each player. You should expect your NFL FLAG jersey, flag belts, and any other equipment you may have purchased no later than your scheduled Meet & Greet. You must bring a mouth guard to every practice and game. They will be available at the field for $5 each week.
